Yunus Khan Scholar Garden 2 inaugurated at Daffodil Smart City-DSC

 

Yunus Khan Scholar Garden 2, a modern hall with the state of art facilities built for nurturing the talent of male students at Daffodil Smart City-DSC was inaugurated in a very cordial environment on August 08, 2022.

The modern architectural hall with 10 floors, and an accommodation capacity of 1004 students provides all the latest facilities including wifi, medical & dining facilities, laundry, saloon, reading room, newspaper room, games room, TV room, 24-hour gas, water, CCTV security and more that a modern ideal education institute may have. The total environment has been developed in such a way which may help to transform the young generations to worthy citizens by supporting their learning interest, research initiatives and ensuring a friendly environment for career.

During the inauguration time, the respected guests talked openly with the students about their studies, the environment of the hall, and spent quality time with the hall resident, university staff.

Mr. Md. Khorshad Alam Khan, Mr. Md. Zafar Iqbal Khan, Member of the Board of Trustees of the University along with the Sons of Late Yunus Khan and Mr. Aqib Arafat Khan, Mr. Shifat Khan, Mr. Mohammed Iftisum Shahaf Khan, Grand Sons of late Yunus Khan in the presence of Professor Dr. M. Lutfar Rahman, Honorable Vice Chancellor inaugurated the hall at DIU Daffodil Smart City, Ashulia, Dhaka and became a part of the historic moment.

Mr. Mominul Haque Majumder, Treasurer, Dr. Mohammed Nadir Bin Ali, Registrar (Acting), Professor Dr. Mostafa Kamal, Dean (Academic Affairs), Professor Dr. Md. Abul Hossain, Provost, YKSG 2, DIU and hall officials, staff and students were present during the inauguration
